Food Technology rooms are a hive of mixed activity with both heavy practical and theory work needing to be accommodated in the same area. Flexibility is a key feature in helping you achieve the diverse requirements of the Food Technology syllabus and it is therefore vital to make the best use of the floor space available to allow the area to be used in as flexible manner as is possible.
The design of the room can be of either workstations or, if required, a design more focused around the perimeter of the room. The integration of laptops and computers for data logging can also be provided within the room. Re-locatable tables can be a good flexible method of providing dual purpose practical and theory work surfaces. Whatever your requirements, we will work closely with you to ensure that you receive the ideal environment in which you can deliver the syllabus and for your pupils to achieve.
